Episode 1: How is God at work in London and beyond?

Join us for our first episode, as we explore how God is at work in London and beyond, and how God has placed each one of us in specific places for a reason (as we read in Acts 17).  
Inspired by the story of Naz in south east London, we discuss the significance of truly seeing the people around us – not as projects, but as people to build a relationship and share Jesus with.

Bonus Episode: The power of forgiveness

In light of recent tragic deaths of young people on the streets of London, Jason Roach speaks with LCM missionary Jason O’Shea who trains churches to go into schools and tell the story of Zac, who at the age of 15 was stabbed to death by a group of boys he didn’t know. Children hear from Zac’s mother Sarah and his sister Tayo, about the ripple effects of Zac’s murder, and how, through their Christian faith, they were able to forgive the boys who took his life.
 
“The importance of forgiveness is that it will change the trajectory of your life.”
 
Jason shares how through Operation Forgiveness, young people can be equipped with the power of forgiveness, and the opportunity it presents for Christians and churches to build connections with their local schools.
 
Listeners are advised that in this episode, you’ll hear the story of Zac’s murder told by his mother Sarah and sister Tayo.

Episode 4: How do we inspire our local church for mission?

We’re joined by Alex Brito, pastor of Mosaic Church in South London and Wien Fung, a Mission Mobilisation Manager at London City Mission. They help us consider how our church culture can have mission at the heart, and explore the importance of engaging with the community around us.
